Schematic Design. This is where your inspirations come to life! We apply several layers of Design Work, resulting from conversations with you, your budget criteria, etc. and take our initial run at the Design work of your project. Sometimes we come to the table with a few options, and we do a full presentation to you on what opportunities are available for you. After a couple of rounds of feedback from you and responses/adjustments on our end, we can begin to look into a Cost Estimate from our Construction Team before diving into Construction Documents.
